Week 51- MISSION LEADER SWITCHUP

Image
Wazzzzgooooood everyone! So weird it's already been a week. I felt like I was just writing this last week.  Great week! We have new mission leaders!!! It's wild, but I love them so much. Sister Hudson and I had a crying attack though the night President and Sister Tunnicliffe left. We were not okay. Check Google photos for proof. BUT the greatest thing is that although sometimes there are changes, there is never EVER a change in the leadership. The Savior of the World is always leading and guiding this mission and every mission in the world. We are all just instruments and that is such a blessing. President and Sister Goode are INCREDIBLE. I already have such a deep love for them and cannot wait to work with them.  ZONE CONFERENCE!!!  This was a great...but sad zoco. We all said goodbye to the Tunnicliffes but they left with so much power and always hold so much wisdom. They will forever leave a mark here in the EMM. They spoke all about our missionary purpose and how it ...

THANK YOU EVERYONE for sending me a birthday video, I cried my eyes out. You all rock! HAD A MTN DEW THIS WEEK?? Been a long time coming.... This week was MIRACULOUS. I saw so many miracles. Where do I even begin? Sister Hudson and I noticed a member at church that seems really amazing that we wanted to get to know better. We thought we found her WhatsApp number on the ward group chat, so we gave her a ring! She answered the phone but had an accent from London. The woman at church speaks Portuguese.... so we realized this was a completely different member who we've never seen. Hmmmmmm. We started talking to her and she said we could come over for dinner and we could have a good chat. SO WE DID! After exchanges on Friday, we went to her flat and she. is. AMAZING. She is the manager for the..... BURNLEY WOMENS FOOTBALL TEAM! Ya!!!! Crazy. She was seriously so cool. We got to know her and she told us all the insights and behind the scenes about Burnley. She was so excited we went ther...

HELLO! I don't have much this week but I thought I would just share some ways where I have seen God's hand and he has shown me miracles! 1. PAUL! - This week at church, we were talking to our new member Paul and he just randomly said he quit his job so he can come to church every Sunday. GOATED This is paul. GOOOOAT. No more mcdonalds  2. NEW MISSIONARIES! mooooooore new missionaries have arrived! One of the greatest blessings I have witnessed on my mission is seeing these new missionaries and the amount of strengths they are bringing to the EMM. I CANNOT wait to see them grow and see them bless others because of the way they are and the gifts they have.  New missionaries YESSS 3. REFERRAL NIGHT? - YES! Wondering what that is? Being a social media leader has brought me sooo much joy because so many people want to come closer to Jesus Christ through online ads. What a blessing to have God hand us people to teach! As a mission, each district held a referral night....

Week 48- Screams of JOYYY

Wanna know why? Sister Hudson and I are STAYING AGAIN. Dreams do come true! This week was a brilliant one. Full of tears of joy and sadness because we thought we were getting transferred but SIKE. God is too good.  I don't have much to say about this week sorry idk. BUT it was very good. Talked to some amazing people and had some wonderful lessons.  JACK GOT BAPTIZED. He is absolutely the most mighty man on planet Earth. He is the dad of the most special family in my life. Maggie's dad  she's the one that recently got baptized. It was such a special day. I want to be just like Jack. Here are some of my thoughts from personal study instead... how bout it? My mom reminded me of this amazing devotional given at BYU Hawaii by Elder Rasband that we went to last year. He talks alllll about integrity. Integrity is so amazing and no one talks about it enough!!! Here are some points/thoughts of what I learned: - it's important to be MORAL, ETHICAL, and HONEST - keeping our co...

This week was AWESOME. Some highlights: - Had Zone Conference in Burnley stadium???????? So awesome.  - MLC at Elder Holland's special tree... - Saw the first Book of Mormon in England WOWZA! Good week huh This week was filled with fun surprises. We had Zone Conference which was so spirit-filled. My questions are always always answered. ALWAYS. I have the strongest testimony of my mission leaders. President and Sister Tunnicliffe are filled with power and I just know that God is working through them. I can feel it so strongly. They leave at the end of this month and my heart is broken :(:(:(:(:( They are the absolute best. They rented out the Burnley Football Stadium for both Zone Conference days and we got to play a tournament with all the missionaries. It was AWESOME! Sister Hudson and I got to film both days and ohhhh just you wait for that Zone Conference video....  Also I cannot believe it is FLIIIIIIIPPIN JUNE. What the crap. I finally bought a perfume t...
