Week 30- Bought a whole house with MSF!

Definitely. Kidding. A member just let us use their house when they weren't home. It was so weird. It felt like being home alone again for the first time ever. Looooove it.

Helllooooo! Another week down here in Manchester. This week the Lord just really wanted to magnify our efforts it was SWEET.

One of my favorite days this week was Sunday. It was such a special day!!! 5 people came to church and the past few weeks it's just been 1. It was so happy to see them enjoy the service. And every single thing the members said was just exactly what our friends needed to hear. Don't you just love when that happens. I've noticed that always happens the days I dread waking up and going to church.
The Lord really is hastening his work in Stretford and I am so lucky to have a front row seat.

We saw so many miracles this week! I will just share one. One of the biggest things I've learned on my mission is that almost every time visiting yellow dots (online referrals), leads you to someone else. We had a yellow dot with an incorrect address that we needed to visit. At first I said "no we don't need to go, there's no point" but then I immediately said "Jesus Christ would go though" so there we went. On the way we saw a little mini library on a street that said "take one, leave one." This street was dead. There was absolutely no one. I stopped and asked, "Should we leave a Book of Mormon in there?" Then guess what we did again? Started second guessing and thinking it might be a waste. Then I thought, "Jesus Christ would do it." So we did it! We wrote our testimonies in the front. As we was wrote the very last sentence, a man walks over out if NOWHERE. We said hi and noticed where he was going...the mini library! I walked over and said, "looking for a good book?" And said, "We were about to add our favorite one! It has changed my life." He took it and was so grateful. This man was missing an arm, an ear, and had what seemed like burns all over his face and body. I felt so lucky to hand him the Book of Mormon because I know with my whole heart that it will give him strength through the Savior and most importantly make him feel loved. He expressed to us that he was homeless and finding something to read. He also said he met missionaries a few days ago that told him how much God loves him and has a plan for him! He said, "This is definitely a sign from God that he is aware of me." What a special thing to witness. The EMM is a team! God places people all around us as we work together to uplift and strengthen others. I walked away with my heart full and just filled with joy. It was again one of those moments that makes your mission so worth it. And its only possible through Jesus Christ. God loves ALL his children and we have been sent to be their angels.
